To process your order

If you use a credit or debit card to purchase your tickets, you will be asked for your card number and the information necessary to approve the order. For security reasons, we do not store this data.

Event Providers

Reservatech.net sells tickets on behalf of third parties, so when you order tickets through Réservatech, rather than providing your information directly to the event providers, you give it to Reservatech.net who can then transfer this information to them for you. When you order tickets, you consent to us providing your email address and other necessary information to the relevant event provider. This allows them to communicate with you.

Since event providers are not part of Reservatech.net, they are not subject to this Privacy Policy. If you would like to know more about the privacy policies of a particular event provider, you should contact them directly.

In some cases, we may share your personal and/or financial information with service providers to facilitate ticket pick-up at the time of the event, resolve a dispute, or otherwise.

Our Payment Processor

We use your financial information to insure the payment and deliver the goods and services requested. In some cases we may use, and consequently we may provide to service providers, your personal and or financial information to facilitate tickets pick up the night of the event, to resolve possible conflicts or others. We may also provide your financial information to your credit card issuer, financial institutions or credit card processors to process transactions and for their other purposes. When buying online or through the Call Center, you are providing us with an e-mail address by which we, or the Event Provider, can communicate with you under the conditions described in this privacy policy.

Legal authorities

We may disclose specific contact information or/et financial information when we determine that such disclosure will be helpful to comply with law, to cooperate with or seek assistance from law enforcement or to protect the interests or safety of Reservatech.net. Also, your contact information may be transferred to a third party in the event of a change of ownership, a transfer of assets, or in case of bankruptcy.

You have the right to be anonymous

Tickets can be purchased anonymously. Without giving us your personal information other than what is strictly necessary to make the payment for your order. The transaction must be made at the producer's box office or at a Reservatech.net point of sale.

Some events or services offered may not allow for anonymous purchasing when certain information is necessary for the provision of the service.

You have the right to request that your information be deleted or restricted

You can, at any time, click on the "My Profile" link and follow the instructions to modify or remove the information already provided. If you wish to remove your personal information from the Platform. You can make a request to the Privacy Officer.

However, if you have tickets or a transaction for a future event, this request can only be completed when that event is over.

You have the right to change your mind

If you have consented to the sharing of your information with our partners, its use for marketing purposes or any other use but you wish to withdraw your consent, you may do so by making a request to our Privacy Officer.
